GMDE has successfully passed the surveillance audit required by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on gender equality, recording an improvement in its assessment index compared to 2024. The process also acknowledged the effectiveness of the company’s internal policies on gender equality, talent development, and transparency.
This was the finding of the certification body, following a review of the documentation provided by the Steering Committee and individual interviews with GMDE employees.
A result that confirms the company’s tangible commitment to building a working environment that combines business objectives with the well-being of its people. This journey, focused on gender equality and work-life balance, does not end with the audit, but continues to steer the company’s strategy every single day.
Today, there is increasing talk of sustainable business growth, a concept that goes beyond environmental or purely economic indicators. It means valuing the people within an organisation, respecting both their professional and personal needs.
At GMDE, we work daily on innovative projects that help our clients digitalise their business processes through advanced technological solutions. Yet, we never lose sight of the people: the teams, professionals, and colleagues who, thanks to their know-how and passion, make our clients’ digital transformation possible. That is why, alongside growing the business, GMDE continually invests in the quality of its employees’ working lives.
Today, more than fifty people work side by side at GMDE. Each brings their unique value to the office, and that individuality is precious—but everyone also has a private life to manage alongside their work.
Work-life balance is one of the pillars underpinning our idea of sustainability: flexible working hours, support for parenthood, ongoing training, and an inclusive company climate are all fundamental elements that allow us to create value without compromising individual well-being.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, which GMDE achieved back in 2024 and continues to uphold successfully, is an important testament to the way we have done business for over thirty years: with care, fairness, and a focus on collective growth.
For GMDE, innovating first and foremost means creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, where they can put their technical skills to good use without sacrificing balance with their personal life. This is our way of interpreting sustainability: a journey that holds people, technology, and relationships together.
Over the coming months, we will continue to closely monitor all six areas of assessment — from corporate culture and strategy to governance, from HR processes to opportunities for women’s growth and inclusion, pay equity, support for parenthood, and work-life balance — to ensure a constant path of improvement ahead of the 2026 certification renewal.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone at GMDE who, with dedication, turn their daily work into tangible results and shared growth. People are the true heart of GMDE!
The customers with whom GMDE works daily are more than 100 and... they are all satisfied
