The final conference of the 2025 B2B Digital Commerce & Experience Observatory will take place on the afternoon of 7 October in a hybrid format – online Osservatori.net and in person at the De Carli Lecture Hall – Building B9, Campus Durando of the Politecnico di Milano (10, Durando Street, Milan).
The event marks a key moment to assess the current level of adoption of B2B digital strategies and to analyse emerging trends in digital commerce, with a specific focus on customer-centric and data-driven approaches.
The conference will present the findings of the 2025 research, offering empirical evidence and interpretative frameworks to support companies in digitally transforming B2B relationships. Through case studies, best practices, and direct discussions with businesses and industry professionals, the event will explore how organisations are evolving their relationships with both direct clients and intermediaries, leveraging digital channels to deliver integrated and effective experiences.
Round tables and multidisciplinary debates will also be featured, delving into the Observatory’s main areas of interest: sales process digitalisation, marketing automation, product information management, and new models of customer experience.
As a research partner, GMDE will actively participate in the conference, sharing its expertise in PIM, DAM, and digital B2B technologies. This will be an opportunity to showcase real-world projects and successful strategies that help companies structure their data management, automate information flows, and build omnichannel digital experiences.
