Compared with traditional 200 lpi AM screening, fineness and sharpness improve by up to ten times. In addition, colour saturation can increase by more than 21%. The ability to adjust the ratio between dot length and width allows micrometric management of variable resolution.

Industrial efficiency: parallelisation and reduced mechanical stress

The SLM laser head can simultaneously generate between 180 and 256 micro-beams, enabling output speeds up to six times faster than fibre-optic CTP systems.

At the same time, drum rotation speed is reduced to 300–500 rpm, approximately 30–50% lower than conventional systems. The combination of simultaneous multi-channel imaging and reduced mechanical stress radically transforms day-to-day operations:
