Boarding Pass, feedback on the work to print in one minute

From July the Beta version available for all Enfocus users

Starting from July 2020, the Boarding Pass prerelease is available, a new feature at Enfocus, a fast and easy PDF verification tool.
Users do not need specific skills related to the verification and processing of pdf, Boarding Pass, in fact, produces a report, also available in multi-language, of the errors, found that can be sent directly from the operator of the printing service to the customer reporting precise reports on the problems encountered.
With the registration, you are entitled to the pre-release of July for free, while for the final version you will have to wait for November.

Boarding Pass is a stand-alone application, which, despite working on Pdfs, does not need Acrobat. The application is currently based on the possibility to receive documents via email, but Enfocus is already considering the implementation of other ways of receiving.

Technical characteristics

Boarding Pass is basically a PDF Viewer, which returns a view of how they will look when printing coherently independent of the operating system and hardware. It also allows you to view colour separations.
Blocker problems detected by Boarding Pass that do not allow the printing of files and therefore require a remake of the work can be:

How to place within the workflow

It is possible to integrate Boarding Pass directly upon receipt of the work via email. Simply drag the attachments inside the application interface and proceed with the check by comparing the settings with the instructions received via email. In the case of errors, it is possible to create pre-set answers that report to the customer the requests for work modification. The files that go through the various controls are forwarded directly to the prepress.
