GMDE strengthens its commitment to sustainable and responsible growth by publishing its Integrated Policy for Quality, Information Security and Gender Equality, a document that defines the principles and objectives underpinning the company's Integrated Management System
The policy incorporates the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and UNI/PdR 125:2022, reaffirming GMDE's commitment to combining operational excellence, information protection and people empowerment through a unified approach focused on continuous improvement.
Alongside objectives related to service quality, data protection and risk management, the policy reinforces GMDE's commitment to fostering an inclusive culture based on respect for diversity and equal opportunities. In particular, GMDE is committed to supporting fair career development, communicating its gender equality journey transparently, creating a collaborative working environment and preventing all forms of discrimination or harassment, including those occurring in digital environments.
The document also defines clear responsibilities for Management, the Steering Committee and all employees, ensuring that the principles of quality, security and inclusion become an integral part of everyday operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.
